About Sporte Leisure - Australian Golf Apparel Since 1991

Sporte Leisure is an Australian-owned golf apparel brand, founded in Sydney in 1991. For over 30 years we have designed, manufactured, and distributed golf apparel to pro shops, corporate clients, and resort retailers across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets including Europe, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Australian-Designed, Built for Australian Conditions

Every style in the Sporte Leisure range is designed in Sydney by our in-house team. Australian playing conditions — UV intensity, coastal humidity, the wide swing between warm and cold rounds — inform every fabric choice and silhouette decision. The result is apparel that performs through an 18-hole round rather than just looking good on a rack.

Fabric Innovation

Our proprietary fabric platform — developed over more than 20 years of research — includes Dri-Sporte microfibre (moisture-wicking performance), Dri-Sporte Stretch (four-way movement and compression comfort), and a range of specialist outerwear fabrics: Extreme-Tec (four-year waterproof guarantee), Storm-Tec, and Wind-Tec. The Sporte Leisure fabric range was developed specifically to meet the demands of the Australian and New Zealand golf market.

Tournament Credentials

Sporte Leisure is the licensed merchandise supplier for some of Australia's most prestigious golf events, including the Emirates Australian Open, The Australian Masters, the ISPS Handa Women's Australian Open, and the Australian PGA Championship. Tournament licensing requires both fabrication standards and production scale — our on-site embroidery operation produces in excess of 100,000 units per month, running 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Range

The core Sporte Leisure collection covers polos, bottoms, outerwear, headwear, rainwear, and accessories in men's, ladies', and unisex fits, with new season styles released twice yearly. SLX Golf is our premium in-house label, developed for the upper end of the pro shop market and resort retail environments. Greg Norman, Niblick, and Dunning Golf are among the brand labels distributed through the Sporte Leisure network.
